    A Very professional operation. the cars are all presented perfectly and I really love my new Mclaren. Its exactly as it should be, and had a full inspection at Mclaren Hatfield which revealed the car to be exactly as I had hoped. All the team at Exo prestige are polite and very professional. I dealt with all 3 of the team all of whom are proper petrol heads that really know about cars. What stock too... some even nicer things there that haven't yet made the website. A real Gem.

    Only bought my Shogun 24 hrs ago, the chap would seem genuine and amiable and certainly not pushy, nothing seems too much trouble and nothing is a problem, where possible. Stock, and there is a lot, is turned out at its best and is priced to sell,I saw no catches to it, the price I paid for this top quality vehicle was around the same as I would have had to haggle hard for anywhere else, and the warranty is reassuring. A pleasurable experience. Top marks to them, top line cars at bottom line prices

    Lovely car for the money no doubt, however only noticed a few things missing like luggage roller cover and drivers floor mat which would have been nice to be told about. Other than that nice chaps and decent car selection and amazing Prestige collection! Thanks

    Audi Q5 3 litre tdi. Unfit to sell

    Travelled 150 miles to view and buy Audi Q5 3litre tdi SE. Car looked grubby and on test drive had a droning noise coming from either differentials or gearbox. Totally unfit to sell. Was given my deposit back eventually. But no compensation for a completely wasted journey. Would not use this dealer again.

    Deceived and misleading

    We bought a second-hand Vauxhall Meriva advertised as an “ideal first car”.We were given a test drive and went to sign all the paperwork.We were then told that the MOT had actually expired recently but we were reassured that we could do it straight away.We signed the documentation and unfortunately did not realized that in one of the papers it said the car was being sold as “spares and repairs only”.At no point we were verbally informed about this or was mentioned on the advert.We feel deceived as we consider this was a misleading sell.The next day we took the car to a garage for the MOT.On arrival the steering wheel went stiff and the steering power light was showing.On diagnosis both the steering column and motor needed changing and the repair cost was more than the car.The motor store said they would take the car back and give us half the money as they insist we knew that the car was for spares/repairs.We feel that we have been fooled and would never recommend this place to anyone

    The customer was told that the vehicle is not part of our official stock and would be sold as a clearance vehicle with no warranty, this was also included in the advert that the car is not the usual stock we keep, hence the below market price. On the trade clearance receipt it clearly states the customer to sign twice, once to acknowledge the car is for spares or repairs and comes with no warranty and the second to purchase the car. This has always been made clear and never hidden, the customer has had all opportunities to look over the vehicle. It was agreed the customer would take full responsibility for carrying out the MOT as this is not the normal type of stock we have. When we had the vehicle in with us the vehicle did not have any issues with steering, as the customer also took this vehicle for a test drive. We did offer to take the vehicle back, but as the vehicle has one more owner we would have to compensate for this with a small fee as would any dealer in this situation.
